Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimize digital tools, websites, and internal systems for our real estate marketing operations. The ideal candidate can code efficiently, integrate AI-powered tools, and help scale marketing and client delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and web applications
• Build internal tools for marketing, sales, and CRM automation
• Integrate AI tools and third-party APIs to enhance workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for seamless digital solutions
• Debug, test, and optimize performance for web and app solutions
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing systems.

Required Skills

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, PHP)
• Experience with web frameworks (React, Next.js, Django, Laravel, or similar)
• Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• API integration and automation experience
• Knowledge of responsive design, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in real estate or marketing platforms
• Knowledge of AI or automation tools
• Knowledge of Omni-Channel SEO is preferred
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
